Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop solution sales strategies to expand the LG Electronics DVLED and OLED PRO display market share within the Virtual Production and Broadcast vertical.
Participation in the design and execution of the go-to-market strategy with regular tracking and reporting.
Represent LG at industry events building on our brand reputation to deepen existing relationships while building new ones.
Develop tactics to grow LG market share for large and complex customer businesses through customer relationship management, understanding their opportunities and challenges.
Develop a business plan that will achieve a win-win for both the customer and LG.
Execute sales strategy and monitor customer performance.
Liaise with internal groups to provide voice of the customer, expand offerings, plan effective forecasts, product delivery and in-store feedback (i.e., Brand Marketing, Pricing, Promotions and Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Regional Training Managers).
Maintain brand and product knowledge through formal and informal product training, review of product roadmaps and competitive intelligence.
Manage schedule and handle administrative tasks with support from Inside Sales team.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree is required in a business or technical discipline or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales preferably in the large Distributor/Technology Industry (preferred experience in either video display or production technologies).
Broadcast and Virtual Production market expertise that will enable continuous assessment of current and future route to market (RTM) strategies.
Strong understanding of project and product specifications.
Experience in assembling solution selling strategies developed through customer needs assessment.
Ability to look at a large pipeline and effectively identify key projects and key winning strategies.
A passion for acquiring new relationships, cultivating those relationships and reaching key performance indicator targets.
Strong capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point) and basic Windows environment.
Solid general business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.
Knowledge of SalesForce CRM
Ability to travel 50% throughout the U.S
