Senior Disguise Operator (‘brain bar’)

You will need to manage the main functions of the “Brain Bar” on the
Virtual production studio.

>> This means to be able to handle the complex infrastructure
centralized by the “Disguise XR” system.
>> Gathering the Datas from the LED Wall (Brampton and Servers), the
Unreal Engine environment 3D Real Time, the Tracking System (Stype)
and all the calibrations / datas related to the cameras (Sync, Parameters
and Lenses).
>> Need to be able to understand and manage the network of the global
Virtual Production Studio system, from PC / Nods / Servers /
Processors / datas to cabling, routers and computer networks.

A/ Disguise System
-> There will be a specific formation on that media
server system, but SBBO need initially to have a good experience in
managing complex and multi-source softwares and infrastructures. He
will have to push the Disguise system into its deep potential, profiling
usage for Virtual production, XR applications and in a second step
eventually into XR setup and even further on Motion capture (Mocap)
application.

B/ Unreal Engine
-> Need to have a good knowledge about the main
technical skills related to UE5 environment.
>> (Creation, Development, Management, Optimisation of a scene, real
time rendering…). This is where the core of the content stands!

C/ Camera & Set
-> Need to have at least an experience into the
shooting workflows, sets and cameras.
Be able to understand the interaction between the Brain Bar and the
Digital Cine Camera Specs (Syncing, aperture, speed, focus, depth of
field, sensor ratio…)

Also have a good understanding of the Practical set. Mainly getting the
best matching between the UE5 Content pushed on the wall and the
Camera / shooting Unit (Director, Director of Photography, Producers…)

D/ Team Work
-> Work in collaboration with Image crews and Technical
crew, connected to the practical Set and the Control room team / crew.
– The job is to have a perfect understanding, vision and control of all the
data and infos that are managed by the main “Disguise XR” System.

– The Assistant Brain Bar is supporting him on the technical aspects,
getting often on practical set and behind the wall to help into the settings
adjustments or eventually trouble shooting. The assistant BB is also
assuring the calibration of the lenses on the cameras and the perfect
setup of the Stype tracking system on the stage.

The Senior Brain Bar operator is able to lead and align all the
different parameters from the LED wall performance, the camera
settings, the tracking system and the UE5 3D real time content, to
be pushed into the “Volume”(LED wall).
His is the main conductor that directs the “Virtual Production
