Studio Production Specialist

Votion Studios is an XR / virtual production studio. We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of technology and creativity to deliver cutting-edge XR and virtual production services.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Studio Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production, cameras, lighting, and audio, as well as an understanding of XR and Virtual Production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the virtual production team to develop and execute XR and virtual production projects
Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment, including cameras, lights, and audio systems
Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of virtual production workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to XR and virtual production systems
Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in XR and virtual production

Required Skills & Experience:

At least 5 of experience in production, including cameras, lighting, and audio
Understanding of XR and Virtual Production workflows
Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Unreal Engine, Unity, and various 3D modeling and animation tools is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output
A passion for innovation and staying current with industry trends

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Computer Science, or a related field a plus
Experience with motion capture technology and processes a plus
Familiarity with real-time rendering and optimization techniques a plus
