Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Production Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of virtual production processes, particularly within feature film and television using LED volumes. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of virtual production services in Mexico City by driving sales efforts, from lead generation through project bidding, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients in the film and TV industry, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our LED volume stages for virtual production.
• Project Bidding: Prepare and present tailored proposals that meet the specific needs of each project, ensuring competitive and compelling bids.
• Customer Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and they have a positive experience with our virtual production services.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide strategy and service offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and creative teams to ensure sales strategies align with operational capabilities and creative standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or business development within the virtual production field, especially involving LED volumes for feature film and/or TV.
• Solid understanding of physical motion picture production processes and how virtual production integrates within these frameworks.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A strong passion for filmmaking, technology, and the evolution of the entertainment industry.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Mexico City (relocation expenses covered).
