National Director of Business Development – Virtual Production Market

A Leading Global LED Manufacturer is currently seeking a National Director of Business Development – Virtual Production Market. This pivotal role involves spearheading the expansion and development of accounts within the xR stage and Virtual Production sector in the US market. The primary objectives include targeting VP integrators, VFX companies, top-tier production firms, and VP consultants for growth and development.

Essential Functions:

Preferred extensive knowledge and experience in virtual productions. Familiar with the VP ecosystem and main players. A clear understanding of the xR stage and virtual production (LED Volume). Rich experience in Disguise workflow and other top-rated xR technology. Experience in the traditional rental staging (RS) market is a plus.
Well-connected in the virtual production industry especially with decision-makers and key influencers, such as TV/film directors, executive producers, directors of photographers, VFX supervisors, etc.
Participate in making our company the VP go-to-market strategy and sync with each sales region, following through the whole sales process.
Leverage key RS consulting/design companies, creative agencies, and professional production individuals to favor the Company’s brand and VP products.
Attribute to xR stages & film production accounts development and ongoing projects discussion and negotiation.
Integral role in key project demo shoot-out and value proposition. Travel with sales team and present VP product solutions, benefits and analyze customer needs and project info.
Gather feedback through field activity and transfer the feedback to appropriate company staff. This includes sales, marketing, product management, and R&D departments.
Monthly and quarterly reports of virtual production market summary.
Host clients to visit HQ and factory in China.
Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows to capture brand awareness.
Performs all other duties assigned that the employee can perform.
Experience Requirements:

Sales, Engineering, or Project Management background in xR stage and virtual production industry
Travel:

Must travel to fulfill job duties and responsibilities as needed.
Valid driver’s license required.
May be required to work overtime and flexible hours on an as-needed basis.
May be required to travel throughout the year for business meetings, trade shows, training, demos, and other business-related events.
Language:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency of fluency in additional languages is preferred but not required.
